Description

I am using a fork copy of nsd 2.3.1 for my application.

flutter version: 3.0.1
SDK version: 2.17.1

Scenario

I am not getting any kind of error. It is just that I can't scan for services even though I am connected to the Wi-Fi network.
It is working fine for windows 11 but not on windows 10.
Also if it is somehow related to firewall, it is already disabled on my pc.
