[bug] Rune preview transaction is not working sometimes

Current Behavior

The rune involved in the transaction are not shown sometimes, user could think that he is not receiving/sending runes but then trying again with same psbt transaction, rune data will load and appear

Expected Behavior

Always show rune details

Steps To Reproduce

Signing a custom transaction where user is sending some runes

Interesting. I don't think we have an issue for this but I remember running into it once at some point. Will make a ticket for it. Thanks for bringing it up 🙌
