Previously, README.md was installed to .../doc/extension/README.md which conflicts with other extensions doing the same mistake. Fix by adding a symlink q3c.md and using that in DOCS. Keep the original README.md name to please GitHub.

Thanks for the patch.
It seems uncontroversial.
I'm not sure I like two files where one links to another, but I'm not sure there is a good alternative.
Can the copy from README.md to q3c.md be done inside the makefile? I'd prefer that if that would still work
