Describe the bug

When I create a new group it doesn't appear in the Explorer. It looks like the Explorer is only using cached groups.

Expected behavior

The explorer shows the groups I create and my latest updates.

@thebeyondr I was looking at the code. There should be some server-side caching mechanism right?
