The idea of this page is to explain step by step how to contribute to Semaphore (this could also work for any other public repository). The first step could be to read the repo contributions guidelines, then clone the repo, make the changes, create a PR, etc.

When the page is ready, check the FAQ page to update any link related to contributions.

@semaphore-protocol/core I'm not sure if this should actually be a page. We already have a CONTRIBUTING file which is supposed to have just the same instructions.
