Delete denied registrations

We’ve been discussing this and it looks like it will be OK to ‘clear’ the pending registrations that were denied because the registrants weren’t using the Globus path to complete their registrations. The team will just reach out to the folks who were denied and direct them to the correct registration path. As we go forward this will likely need to be automated, but it will not be a problem for these denied registrations to be cleared. Please go ahead and clear these out, and let me know if you have any concerns.
