Cannot Sign In - Empty Form

Signing in is not possible after the first time.
Clicking Continue sends me to Register, which is not what I want.

This is a completely new and default installation.
The only changed values are

There are no errors in the browser console or any container.

Not stale, it still happens, despite a new sentry version and a complete reinstall. Since it so consistently happens, it must be reproducible by someone.

Currently the only way to log in again is via Forgot Password- hardly a good experience. I cannot even use an SSO provider because of different bugs.
