Environment variables:

DOMAIN - Domain to use for CORS. Default is localhost.
PORT - Port to run the server on. Default is 8080.
PROTOCOL - Protocol to use for CORS. Default is http.
SECRET_KEY - Secret used for JWT token generation and validation. If not set the default secret is useEnvVarForSecretKey
