Can send the abilityID when the new OpAbPairs is created (in the Response of APIOperationRunner.Runners(ids)), but does not get a APIAbilityHandler.TheAbility(ability).

Need to visualize the ability and operation

Fixed issue with not getting APIAbilityHandler.TheAbility(ability).

TODO: Fix OperationAbilityPairCards and visualize its current states
