Either update the CHANGELOG.md or remove it please.
Would be nice to see, in descriptive form, what has changed since last release, but a list of commits/pull requests is a good start.

The generation of the changelog is something that should be automated and is not what I'd consider user developed documentation which someone could contribute to. I am not familiar with github or gradle so cannot offer to "rtake care of the release process" , but I venture to say you are doing something wrong or missing a step in your release procedures. Your github repo shows the "latest release" tag tied to v1.1.37-rc.5<https://github.com/serenity-bdd/serenity-maven-plugin/releases/tag/v1.1.37-rc.5>. That's clearly not correct. as htere are about 230+ releases since then. I'd be asking what changed in your release procedures after v1.1.37-rc.5<https://github.com/serenity-bdd/serenity-maven-plugin/releases/tag/v1.1.37-rc.5>.
