Error in generate results in parallel---"Index out of bounds: [index='obs_sd']."

Hi，I try to run the codes of "Paper case study 1: serosolver Overview". However when I run the codes about "Generate results in parallel" , some errors appeared like the figure showed.

Is it relative to my Rstudio environment or the input format of the data?

Hi,

I think this is a version issue as I have added new features to the main branch, which I need to integrate properly. But I think you should be able to workaround it for now by installing a different version of the package. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling from the branch published using:

devtools::install_github("seroanalytics/serosolver",ref="published")

Let me know if that doesn't work! I will get around to properly resolving the different versions.
