Describe the bug

On a new device, I lose a closed group I started. As I am the owner, I cannot be removed and re-added by other members.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

login to session on a new device and try to access previously owned closed groups.

We are in the process of overhauling closed groups / groups at the moment, this should address issues with restoration of closed groups on linked devices

This could either be an issue with multi-device syncing (oxen-io#751) or groups themselves, we've released an updated version of the device syncing and are currently working on a version of updated groups (#321) once the latter has been released this will hopefully no longer be an issue
