Add text content for DVDI

This includes some notes about ideas and topics
for the course and contributes towards a v1.0 candidate
for #20, but the approach has changed since I
wrote most of the first sections. Instead of
writing in the current narrative style that
reads almost like the transcript of a video,
this kind of content should simply be recorded
as a video and the text material should simply be
outlines, summaries, or analyses of online resources
