Get your own Google Cloud Service auth, maybe following these steps:

Download the private key JSON file and save it somewhere. Then make the environment variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS point to it.

Check for outdated dependencies mvn versions:display-dependency-updates and mvn versions:display-plugin-updates.
