[Feature] Allow manually revealing tokens that players can't see

There may be a case where a DM wants to call attention to a token that's not visible - e.g., because the players can hear the character speaking, they're using a sending stone, I don't know.

Should be possibly to manually track token IDs that are always visible.
Conversely, should make it possible to undo this.
