Update GEL benchmarks to also report performance on S3

@benjeffery can you repeat the afdist analysis you did on the GEL dataset and report the same numbers when it's natively on S3? You'll need to update the code a bit so that the Zarr store can be a remote store, but that should be fairly straightforward?
