[registry] CLI says it will overwrite existing css variables

I'm following the registry guide in the docs to host my own components and I clone the template project and added this simple component but when I try to add it to my project using the following command:

npx shadcn@latest add https://naseem-registry.vercel.app/r/theme-switcher.json

I get this msg

? You are about to install a new theme. 
Existing CSS variables will be overwritten. Continue? › (y/N)

But that doesn't happen when I try to get the hello-world component. Only with my newly added component.
I simply added this part to the registry.json
