We need to bump hdwallet in MM snaps to latest to support taproot sends (and then, once the snap is whitelisted, bump snap version across the board and update REACT_APP_SNAP_VERSION env var in web)

Acceptance Criteria

• Ensure that latest hdwallet is consumed is snap
• Snap is rebuilt, with manifest updated
• Snap is published and whitelisted (ping @Montoya on the regular email channel once done)
