Post-it walls are a great way for folks who are shy about speaking publically to share anonymously. We could have a big board and a bunch of post-its and encourage folks with a prompt like, 'How has a union helped you?' 'How could a union help you?' 'Why do you want to organize?' 'How could your workplace be improved?' etc
