Extract Dependency (HDF5)
	$ tar -xvzf hdf5-1.12.0.tar.gz -C ../

Compile Dependency (HDF5)
	$ cd ../hdf5-1.12.0
	$ ./configure
	$ make clean
	$ make
	$ cd ../lookup

Compiling
	$ cd src
	$ make -B
	$ cd ..

Before Running
	** The location of the compiled libraries must be exported before the exectuable can be run **
	$ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/HDF5/hdf5-1.12.0/src/.libs/

Running
	$ ./hdf5_lookup /path/to/file.nc /group/variable1 {/group/variable2 {...}} /group/lat /group/lon target_lat target_lon
	
Returns
	target_lat target_lon gc_distance_km obs_lat obs_lon variable1 {variable2 {...}}
