Regarding Sunbird Player Integrations in Shiksha

Approach

Current Approach	Ideal Approach
We are maintaining the Sunbird instance by making custom changes, deploying the changes on our server, and integrating them to the Shiksha module using Iframe.	Custom changes should be contributed back to the Sunbird instance, and either we will use it as an NPM package or with Iframe.

Steps to reach the Ideal Approach

• Custom changes should be generic (driven by config)
• Currently, we can't directly leverage the QUML player as an npm package in React, we should publish its web-component with some config input parameters inside it.
  Note: This will not only make it generic in terms of code but also in terms of adoption and integration in other apps.

List of features we have added:

Changes
Displaying the questions with questions ID	✅
Remove the response notification at a question level	✅
Check the language constraints on the Quml player	✅
Edit the submission screen	✅
Remove the screen of the displayed score and navigation on the QUML player	✅

Yes perfect.. let's initiate this on the Sunbird Inquiry discussion forum? Flesh it out and submit as a RFC. Do propose few options of how this can be baked into QuML player code e.g. experimental branch, next release etc.

Hi Rahul, sure - we can initiate. Given, we are nearing closure in 2 weeks - we can initiate these threads, but move forward with our separate instances and then merge post facto - once the major changes are live on Sunbird. Hope this works. @sukhpreetsamagra
