Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
According to the AEM documentation for configuring an AEM Author Cold-standby, the recommendation is to remove the sling.id so AEM can generate a new one.

This process needs to be added int he manifest which configures the Author Standby instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
When configuring the Author Sandby instance using the manifest author_standby_set_config it should remove the sling id.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing it manually
