Reporting Client Version: 514.1589

Reproduction:

During the round, on several occasions people attempted to offer me items, in which I got no pop-up to accept them. The offer text did appear in the chat box, however.

Additionally, on several occasions I attempted to offer items to others and it simply did not let me offer items as they received no pop-up. No text appeared in the chat box in this case.
