Minutes:

• Tekton v1 API changes have a lot of touch points - potential for merge conflicts, but current PR queue is light/already needs rebase.
• Go types for git source - should make url required, other API improvements also identified. We have a window to fix since the v1beta1 version is not stored in etcd.
• @adambkaplan to sync with @qu1queee on Slack regarding CNCF application. Issue CNCF application #178 created to track.
• Call for volunteers/proposals for release branching standards - tracking in Add SHIP about creating a fix release #85
