酱油水煮杂鱼

小杂鱼改斜刀（叶子鱼，梭子鱼，刺中鱼，金线鱼，朱带，黄花，黄刺，银鲳鱼）
姜切丝，蒜，豆豉，小米辣切碎。萝卜干泡水切丁
糖，生抽，老抽，蚝油，花雕酒，水，葱油白胡椒调碗汁备用
锅烧热放底油，放入姜蒜豆豉小米椒，放入萝卜干，鱼（注意不需要煎鱼），倒入碗汁，小火煮制 5 分钟，出锅放葱段，葱油
