Biological problems addressed by your group that use morphological profiling and types of perturbations that are profiled.
Biological problems: selection of performance-diverse libraries, compound mechanism-of-action studies, identifying compounds with similar phenotypic impact but different structures (lead-hopping). Types of perturbations: Compounds, patient cells.
