First, I am an individual developer. I work full-time at another job and dedicate my leisure time to OSS activities.
My available time is limited, and I cannot provide support to everyone. I, as the author of HaishinKit, only offer support to contributors and academic researchers (students). While I may participate in communication, I do not provide technical support.
GitHub Issues/Bug Reports
We have established standards for bug reports that meet community expectations. Bug reports will be accepted as long as they meet these standards.
In many cases, the information provided is insufficient or excessive for addressing the bug.
When this happens, it often requires back-and-forth clarification, which consumes a significant amount of time. I have decided to stop engaging in such interactions.
Here is an example of interactions I will no longer engage in:
Y: "It doesn't work! I’ve submitted a bug report. Here are the logs."
I: "What exactly doesn’t work? Playback? Ingest?"
Y: "Playback."
I: "By playback, do you mean playback with HaishinKit?"
Y: "No, no. It doesn’t work when playing it in Chrome."
I: "Hmm. (Exhausted)"
I am not a chatbot. I am a human being.
Examples of Contribution Activities:
Reporting bugs that meet the standards expected by the community.
Submitting pull requests (PRs) that get accepted.
Sharing information with the technical community by introducing how to use HaishinKit through technical blogs or other platforms.
Becoming a sponsor contributing $50/month or more. If you are a corporate sponsor seeking support, please designate one representative and state your affiliation.

Anyone who violates the behavior outlined in the code of conduct will be subject to a ban.In some cases, banned individuals may be publicly disclosed.
