Добавить подтверждение на выполнение команды phing applySchema #167

Сейчас phing applySchema выполняется без подтверждения. Из-за того что она сначала чистит таблицы по неосторожности можно грохнуть базу.

Согласовать сообщение для applySchema и applyDump "All data will be deleted. Are you sure?"
