Found this issue on up-for-grabs. I've updated the solution to .net core 2.1 and updated the TweetInvi and Sixlabors.ImageSharp libraries to the latest version.
When a mention is in reply to another tweet, the original tweet will be used to check if there is a hex color mentioned. If so the bot will retweet with the hex color of the original tweet.
