Uncommented the EphemeralTickDataProvider in extensions/mod.rs to have it accessible as part of the public API. Made aperture-lens available by adding it as a dependency in Cargo.toml. Also updated prelude and Cargo.lock to reflect these changes.
This commit modifies the dependency 'ethers' to version "2.0" and does not include the 'default' features. It also updates 'uniswap-v3-sdk' version in the README.md and Cargo.lock files. The badges in README.md have been updated to point to the correct GitHub workflow status.
These dependencies have been removed from the Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock files. They were not needed, reducing the project's complexity and potential for errors.
