AWS Add-on Module Release 4.0.0

Welcome to the latest release of the aws module for the Kubernetes Fury Distribution maintained by team SIGHUP.

This is a major release that removes the ebs-csi-driver package in favor of EKS addons, and replaces it with the snapshot-controller, still needed by the EBS CSI driver.
This release adds also support for Kubernetes 1.26.
