Agregar spinners de carga cuando se crea un nuevo comentario #32

Actualmente cuando se crea un comentario no se le indica al usuario que la acción esta siendo procesada ni tampoco se bloquean los campos. Esto debería hacerse.

Podemos usar <i className="fas fa-spin fa-spinner" /> para hacer un loading temporal
