Downgrade an error in FieldSqlStorageTestCase to a debug message #32

SQLite ignores column sizes, so when FieldSqlStorageTestCase tries to set a column to length -1, the test passes anyway. This should be downgraded to a debug message so the SQLite tests can pass.
