Broken builds

There's a ton of broken builds for CMS 6 - these need to be cleared up before the alpha can be released.

Note that PHP 8.4 work hasn't completed yet, so ignore any PHP 8.4 failures.

After merging these, reassign to Guy to check things went green as expected.

Note that for now I'm ignoring the CI failure on framework that is a result of the runners not being able to install something for the inmemory cache check. We'll have to fix that eventually but I've validated that works locally and we need to get this alpha out.
