Positron support

The package is closer to functional as-is in Positron than I thought. (Built-in rstudioapi shims are so dope!)

Right off the bat, I see:

• figure out + document "addin"-ish functionality in Positron #44
  • Just want to easily bind pal::.init_addin() to a keybinding
  • https://github.com/EmilHvitfeldt/RSnippetExecutor-vscode may be helpful here
  • Might just be https://github.com/posit-dev/positron/wiki/Keyboard-Shortcuts#custom-shortcuts
• Shiny Gadget launches in Viewer rather than standalone dialog in Positron
• reindentation doesn't work as intended in Positron #46

Re: the gadget launching in the Viewer rather than in a standalone dialog, there's quite a bit of related discussion here on the Positron repo and I would imagine this might change with time. As I'd like to avoid maintaining a separate interface to the pal_env for Positron, I'll mark that as resolved.

A temporary fix for reindentation is in, and an issue opened for a proper fix!
