* Bring in the changes of Zhang Weiwu <zhangweiwu@realss.com> from CVS!!!
* The documentation mentions that the configuration files in the project start with a dot. We need to update the docs because now in src/, there files do not start with a dot.
* Advertise on tcshrc.sf.net that we now use github.com for development.
