Failed to run the example

Dear Dr. Herring,

I'm very interested in the new ERT inversion methods and I found your project. I installed the code following your instructions, however, when I tried to run the first cell of the file 'frozen layer.ipynb', there was an error appeared (please see the attached screenshots).

I also refered to the issue (Link:geoscixyz/geosci-labs#43), but the error still exists, (please see the attached screenshot).

Could you please help me out this issue? Thank you in advance.
