Standrdize the error codes returned by Daemon to clearly distinguish Validation errors from Daemon (Ex , Insufficent funds, channel close to Expiry etc )Vs Errors from Service ( I/P invalid, etc)

Are there any existing error codes in Daemon..or it has to be created from scratch? @anandrgitnirman
