Cannot find the realization of functions for prediction

In predict file predict_files.py, functions 'process_mol_xyz', 'prepare_mol' imported from utils.general are applied for xyz file loading. However, I cannot find these two functions in general.py. How can I run the predict_file.py successfully? Thanks.
