Add a way to see changes to submissions after task rejudge #330

Often after a rejudge we'd like to see what changed, whose score went up, whose score went down, and whose score got zero'd by mistakes in our tests.

This is possible via some scripting, but having a panel to show this neatly after a task rejudge completes would be nice.
