Avoid clobbering schedules when unknown subjects found

Sometimes, when scraping goes wrong, certain subjects might not be included in Hydrant's database and these subjects are automatically removed from users' schedules. Instead of removing any unknown subjects when loading a schedule, we should display a warning that the subjects in question are unknown while keeping them in storage.
