heplify - cant see RTCP from SIP trunk #303

when im checking QOS
i can only see 3 columns

PBX->Exten Exten->PBX PBX->SIP Provider

I'm cant see SIP Provider -> PBX RTCP for some reason

here is how I'm using heplify
./heplify -hs HOMER:9060 -pr 5057-5160 -dim OPTIONS,NOTIFY -hn captureID

Please advice

Update:
on some servers with the same heplify command but different SIP trunk Provider
I can see RTPC from the provider
so might it be a provider setting?

or maybe they are using other RTPC implementation ?
which heplify cannot capture of homer cannot parse ?

Hi @gudge25 there's no other RTCP implementation than the same protocol.
IMHO you have to check where's the difference between a working and non-working scenario.
Check if SIP and RTCP arrive in the same way or not, if the port range is the same or if there's some block at networking level.

Most providers don't send RTCP. it's not uncommon for it to be one way with interconnects. If you don't see it its probably just not there. HOMER can only see what the agents can see when the traffic exists. If you have evidence of packets which are not being ingested, please attach them here.
