Something like kbar could help with implementing this.

Examples of actions could be:

starting/stopping instances
searching for instances/groups/nodes/instances
switching clusters
trigger cluster verify or similar

Due to the slowness of the Ganeti RAPI, caching might be needed to make this search bar useful.
