Support with simple configurable products #39

A user has asked us to add support of the extension http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/simple-configurable-products.html. The combination of this extension and ours means that prices will be shown for the configurable products.

We should investigate this extension and how it works with prices to see if it is possible to use a common solution.
