Error with PHP 7.1

After updating PHP to 7.1 x64, KloudSpeaker seems not to be working very well anymore.
OS is Windows 7, Apache latest, PHP 7.1 latest, both are for x64 as of this date.

After the KloudSpeaker page is loaded and a user tries to log in, it gives the "Request Failed" error message and in PHP Log File it says the following:

KLOUDSPEAKER ERROR: PHP error #8, A non well formed numeric value encountered (PATH_TO_KLOUDSPEAKER\backend\include\Util.class.php:27)

Any ideas anyone?
