Can´t create folder neither upload files

Hi everyone

I just installed kloudspeaker, but turns out, that the folder action bar doesn´t have the create folder option. Also when i try to upload a file the webpage does nothing also it fails to upload the file, but it wont tell you. Did i miss some step on installation?, How can i solve it?
