Hello, I love your package! After trying so many things this one worked for me as the natural solution to print plots. Anyway, I am facing this problem where the lower part of the graph is cut off:
I am only able to see the full contents of the graph when I fully squeeze it up, which it makes it hard to see the individual dots in it.
I am using vanilla spacemacs on this system:
GNU Emacs 29.4 (build 1, x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.42, cairo version 1.18.0) of 2024-07-16

I think you are experiencing chopping of right and bottom of the plot, more than distorsion of the plot. I wonder if this could be related to this issue: sje30/ess-unigd#3 (comment)
where I experienced the same problem, and solved it by changing the scale (note: it is not the full issue that matters, it is just from the point I mention in the link).
