Hi @skrakau and @mbacarella,

I got a warning message:
Warning: discarding interval on forward strand due to emission probabilities of 0.0 (set to state 'non-enriched + non-crosslink').

when I run the pureclip. I was wondering if this warning message influence the result and how can I avoid this.
