Vec generator failure

I've got a problem when doing clone detecting with my C codes. The feed back is like this
"Error: problem in vec generator step. Stop and check logs in times/"
Could you tell me what might be the problem? Thanks a lot.

I have a similar problem.

• Deckard 1.3.1 ran with the data set - the source code of Eclipse JDT. Setting STRIDE 2, 4, or 8 resulted in a program termination but setting STRIDE 16 completed clone detection without any errors. It ran under Ubuntu 16.04 and the Deckard source code was compiled with GCC 5.4.

Run on sample is ok but run on my testing source code is fails.
