TTV does not prune tts:foo="7.5c" at https://github.com/w3c/ttml1/blob/feature/3ED-tests/testsuite/Third%20Edition/UnknownTTAtribute.ttml prior to validating the document, and returns:

[E]:{}:[10,25]:Unknown attribute in TT Style namespace '{http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml#styling}foo' not permitted on '{http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml}p'.

Similarly, tts:fontSize="7.5c" on head returns an error in https://github.com/w3c/ttml1/blob/feature/3ED-tests/testsuite/Third%20Edition/ForwardInterop.ttml
